Coaching, life and social counseling, training

1 Scope of application
1.1 Clients who make use of my services in coaching, life and social counselling and training, as well as seminar participants at seminars that I organize and seminars that are commissioned by companies, declare their agreement with these GTC when registering or placing an order.
2 Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
2.1 The place of jurisdiction is Lower Austria, Austrian law applies exclusively.

3 Consultations, training, coaching,
3.1 The use of counseling is at your own risk and does not replace medical treatment or prescription. As a coach, life and social counselor and trainer, I work exclusively with mentally healthy people. As a client, you declare that you are not using counseling as a substitute for medical treatment.
3.2 The client is solely responsible for implementing the solutions developed.

4 Place of the consultation, liability
4.1 My counseling sessions are usually held at my practice premises. However, it is also possible for me to come to you or to conduct a telephone or online consultation. An outdoor counseling session is also possible. If counseling sessions are desired outside my premises, this must be clarified with me in advance.
4.2 By registering, you declare that you accept responsibility for yourself. You hereby release the organizer, seminar management, team and seminar house from any liability claims. No liability is accepted for accidents and other damage during the sessions and seminars or on the way to and from the coaching venue.

5 Fee and duration of a coaching session, appointments
5.1 The duration and the fee are agreed individually and depend on the duration of the consulting activity.
5.2 All appointments made in person, by telephone, email, text message or online are binding

6 Terms of payment and cancellation conditions for individual counseling sessions, couple counseling sessions
6.1 As a rule, the fee is to be paid in cash after the session. If an invoice is provided or sent, this must be transferred within 7 days without deduction.
6.2 Appointments can be postponed free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked appointment, for later appointments 20% of the fee will be charged.
6.3 Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked appointment, for a later date I will charge 50% of the fee
6.4 In the event of no-shows or delays, the full agreed unit will be charged.

7 Terms of payment and cancellation conditions for executive coaching sessions
7.1 The term of payment is 30 days after completion of my work, without further deductions.
7.2 A postponement is possible free of charge up to 48 hours before the booked appointment, for a later date I charge 20% of the processing fee.
7.3 For cancelations up to 48 hours before the booked appointment, I charge a 20% processing fee of the fee; for later cancelations, I charge a 50% processing fee of the fee.
8. form of postponement, cancellation and invoicing
8.1 A postponement or cancellation can only be accepted in writing (e-mail or post).
8.2 The Contractor is entitled to send the Client offers, order confirmations and invoices in electronic form.

9 Confidentiality
9.1 As a coach and life and social counselor, I guarantee you complete confidentiality. The documents relating to the counseling session are kept locked away, the electronic data is secured by password.
10 Data protection
10.1 All personal data and information will be treated confidentially. Data will not be passed on to third parties. Please also note our GDPR provisions (EU General Data Protection Regulation).
10.2 Necessary data relating to invoices will be transmitted to my tax advisor and subsequently to the tax office.
